After a dry February riddled with pesky ridges of high pressure, winter has returned to Whitefish! We received 15 inches of new snow in the past 7 days, with 7-8 coming in the past 48 hours!

RIDGE Crew at the 'Jack 'n' Jill' Skimo Race'
The RIDGE crew traveled to Choteau, MT. to compete in the 2016 Jack 'n' Jill Skimo race at Teton Pass Ski Resort.
'Skimo' or 'Randonee' racing has a rich history in Europe, and is gaining popularity here in the United States. Racers use specialized ski equipment to ascend and descend a predetermined route as fast as possible.
The RIDGE crew at Fernie Alpine Resort in B.C., Canada
The 2016 winter semester RIDGE crew has been training hard, and it shows! When we traveled to Fernie Alpine Resort in B.C. Canada, the stoke was high and the lines were steep!
Fernie is an epic mountain with steep alpine terrain accessible from the chairlift. We were there on a clear day with 360' views for miles.
Shredding with J-Rob at WHITEFISH MOUNTAIN RESORT
The RIDGE snowboarding crew recently connected with legendary snowboarder Jason Robinson who is from the Flathead Valley!
J-Rob's snowboarding resume is extensive, to say the least. Last year he was named one of Snowboard Magazine's rider's of the year!
The RIDGE crew had fun chasing J-Rob around Whitefish Mountain, and learning his favorite secret spots around the resort.
