Kristen Pulsifer has worked in education for over twenty years.  Her focus has been on everything from outdoor education programs, to work as a high school English to her current status as owner and manager of Whitefish Study Center.  Kristen was born and raised just outside of Chicago, Illinois, and graduated high school from New Trier High School. She then continued to college in Colorado. After Graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder, she moved on to complete her Professional licensure in secondary education.  After teaching for three years, she continued on to complete her MA in Humanities, through Colorado College, in Colorado Springs.  After completing five more years of teaching English at the high school level, Kristen made the move to Whitefish, MT. Then, two beautiful daughters later, she made the choice to come back to education and opened Whitefish study Center, taking all of her experiences with kids and education, and putting them into one wonderful place.  The center focuses on tutoring in all academic areas, SAT/ACT Prep, study skills and organizational skills, and general college counseling.  The business has been open and running successfully for just over five years. Living in Montana has allowed Kristen to enjoy her family and thriving business, but also her horses, and passion for the outdoors.
