Kathy became interested in massage therapy after years of searching for relief from migraine headaches.  As an alternative to the medication she was taking, Kathy began receiving massage and, almost immediately, noticed the wide range of benefits.  She attended the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork and graduated from the Sports and Deep Tissue program in 1999.  Kathy has enjoyed a private practice for most of her career which has included working in collaboration with medical professionals.  Her clients’ needs range from stress reduction to specific rehabilitation work associated with current and past injuries. This can be accomplished through deep tissue, trigger point work, stretching, myofascial release, and joint mobilization.  Each massage session is adjusted to meet the goals of the individual client.  Through education Kathy continues to advance her knowledge and resources.

In 2000, Kathy and her husband moved to Whitefish, Montana to pursue a lifestyle that they enjoy.  Hiking in Glacier National Park and the surrounding mountains is one of her passions.  They have two sons that embrace the same outdoor adventures.  As a family, they get out in the woods as often as they can.   In the Flathead Valley, they have an abundance of outdoor adventure at their fingertips.
